The Passion Club is our customer loyalty program.
It exists to recognise the people who return to Alpaca Passion season after season – our locals, our long‑time customers, and those who feel connected to what we do.
Membership is free, and once you’ve joined, there’s nothing you need to actively manage. Your rewards simply build naturally as you shop with us.
How we think about rewards
We believe loyalty should feel:

Rather than running frequent sales, we offer planned thank‑you moments throughout the year, alongside personal touches that recognise your relationship with us.

Each year, you’ll receive a $30 birthday thank‑you from us – our way of celebrating you.
🌿 Passion Club Thank You moments
Several times a year, we offer Passion Club–only thank‑you events.
These are short, considered moments (usually a few days) where members receive access to a special offer or saving. They’re planned in advance and shared directly with our community.
Not every month includes a thank‑you event – and that’s intentional. We want these moments to feel meaningful, not expected.

Over time, we’ll be introducing tiered recognition within Passion Club.
This means our most loyal customers will receive a little extra care – such as earlier access to thank‑you events, or more generous thresholds – simply as recognition for their ongoing support.
Nothing is changing just yet. We’re taking our time to build this properly, in the same considered way we approach everything we do.
What Passion Club isn’t
To keep things clear and aligned with our values, Passion Club is not:
- A points race
- A constant discount program
- A pressure‑based system
You won’t be asked to chase rewards or shop more than feels right.

Create an account online or ask our team in‑store, and you’ll automatically be part of the Passion Club. From there, you’ll receive birthday thank‑yous, invitations to Passion Club events, and updates shared just with our community.
