All orders are sent Express via Australia Post by the following business day.
All orders ship from Daylesford, Victoria. As this is a rural location, some delays in the postal service can happen. Please allow 2–3 business days for metro delivery, and up to 7 days for rural delivery. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
At this stage, we can only ship internationally to New Zealand. International shipping times will depend on delivery location. Please be patient, we will provide as much information as we can at the time of your order.
We offer free Express shipping for orders with a total value over $100. For all orders within Australia under $100 in total, a $10 flat rate applies. For all international orders under $100 in total, a $20 flat rate applies.

We will offer a full refund on returns for all full-priced items up to 14 days after you have received your order.
After the initial 14 days, we will offer an exchange or store credit up to 30 days after you have received your order.
If 30 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
All returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the items are in their original saleable condition, unworn, with garment labels and swing tags still intact. Any items that show signs of wear or have been washed or dry-cleaned will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All customers are responsible for the shipping costs on return or exchange items. We suggest that you use a traceable delivery method for all items you are returning to us, as Alpaca Passion cannot accept responsibility for any lost incoming deliveries.
We will be in contact as soon as we receive your items to organise the refund, exchange or store credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your bank account or onto your credit card. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact your credit card or bank to check the delay isn’t at their end. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All reduced-price purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt of your order. Please contact us via email@example.com immediately upon receipt of your order if you believe your item is damaged or faulty.
